Training plan

So much for the half marathon… but my health comes first.

So I’ve taken my morning off to set myself a training plan for the next few weeks.  In a nutshell

  • Monday: Weights session in the morning (Fun stuff – quiz in the evening)
  • Tuesday: Spinning after work
  • Wednesday: “Walk Home Wednesday” (TM)
  • Thursday: Intervals before work
  • Friday: Run to work

I’m also planning long walks on

  • Sun 14th April in Kent (as I’m at my Mum’s) any Kent readers out there want to join me?
  • Sun 21st April in London: again any takers?
